Great hotel close to liberty university. Breakfast was decent hot hotel food. The pool does not have a hot tub. The toilet seats are not slow close. Coffe was a negative but if thats the worst thing you will be fine. overall good hotel - likely where ill stay mext time. was more pricey that I normally spend but it was an activity weekend at the university thatay jave driven up price

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The hotel itself is great - beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. However, what truly made this stay memorable was the exceptional service, especially from the manager on duty, Nathan. From the moment I arrived, he was not only welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Nathan was incredibly attentive, taking the time to personally show me to my room and making sure all was good. I truly felt valued as a guest, and that level of care is what sets this hotel apart from others. The attention to detail, along with Nathan's leadership and commitment to excellence, made my experience one I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a hotel in the area with excellent facilities, fantastic customer service, and a manager who truly makes you feel like a valued guest, I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg. We were here for Liberty’s homecoming football game. The hotel was very nice, and clean. There were no issues with our last minute reservations. Everything was top notch! The elevators, the carpet, the linens, the pillows! We will be staying here again!

Everyone was friendly. The rooms were large and updated. The pillows slept well. The HVAC was quieter than most hotels. The power blinds for the windows was nice so I could open them without leaving the bed.
In town for a concert. Quite clean rooms, comfortable beds. Free breakfast And very convenient to restaurants, stores and a side road direct to liberty college.
